Pricing depends on the size of the property, the surfaces involved, and how much build-up there is — a driveway is a very different job from a two-story home with heavy algae on the north side. Rather than quote a number blind, we give free, no-obligation estimates and put the price in writing before any work starts.

We also offer bundled packages that combine house washing, driveway, and walkway work at a better rate than booking each separately. Ask about them when you call.

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to clean hard surfaces like concrete driveways, sidewalks, and patios.

Soft washing uses low pressure combined with a cleaning solution to safely break down mold, mildew, and algae on delicate surfaces — roofs, siding, painted trim, and stucco. Using high pressure on those surfaces can force water behind siding, strip paint, or damage shingles, which is why we don't do it.

Most homes need a combination of both, and part of our estimate is telling you which surface needs which.

No. Soft washing is the method roofing manufacturers recommend for shingle cleaning precisely because it doesn't rely on pressure. We use appropriate dilutions for each surface, pre-wet and rinse surrounding landscaping, and cover anything sensitive before we start.

In Alabama's humidity, most homes benefit from a wash every 12–18 months. North-facing walls, shaded areas, and anything under trees tend to grow algae faster and may need attention sooner. Driveways and concrete typically look best on a yearly schedule.

We can put you on an annual reminder so you don't have to track it.

No. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned, most jobs don't require you to be there. We'll confirm the details in advance, text you when we're on the way, and send photos when we're finished.

Just a few small things:

• Access to an outdoor water spigot
• Windows and doors closed and latched
• Vehicles, grills, and patio furniture moved clear of the work area
• Pets brought inside for the duration

We handle everything else, including our own equipment and water pressure.

A driveway or walkway is usually 1–2 hours. A full house wash generally runs 2–4 hours depending on size and condition. Larger properties, paver sealing, and multi-service bookings can take most of a day. We'll give you a realistic time window with your estimate.

Yes. Elevate Exteriors LLC is fully licensed and carries liability insurance. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance for commercial clients, property managers, or HOAs that require one on file.

Yes, and it's a growing part of what we do. We handle schools, medical and dental offices, restaurants, retail centers, engineering firms, and multi-property portfolios. We can work outside business hours to avoid disrupting operations, and we offer recurring service agreements with scheduled visits so the property never gets away from you.

Light rain usually isn't a problem — it doesn't affect our results. If the weather is bad enough to affect quality or safety, we'll contact you ahead of time and move you to the next available slot at no charge.

We accept card, check, and digital payment. Invoices are sent on completion, and residential jobs are due when the work is done. Commercial and recurring accounts can be set up on terms.

For most patios and driveways, yes. Sealing locks joint sand in place, resists oil and organic staining, slows weed and ant intrusion between pavers, and deepens the color. It also makes the next cleaning far easier. We clean first, let the surface dry fully, then seal — sealing over dirt traps it permanently.
